Empowered Individual Development Experience (EIDE)
Most people spend their lives building a world based on who they thought they should be, only to realize their soul is exhausted from the weight of a false identity. You’ve reached a moment of divine recalibration—where the life you’ve built no longer reflects the person God created you to be.
EIDE is a series of 1-on-1 development sessions designed for the individual ready to stop performing and start becoming. Led by a Transition Coach who has navigated the deep waters of spiritual awakening and surrendered to the leading of Christ, we move beyond "mindset shifts" into spiritual transformation. We focus on "peeling back the layers" of worldly conditioning to reveal the authentic soul beneath. This is for the person who values depth and is ready to bring authenticity, clarity, and alignment back to the core of their life through the lens of faith.
Elite Athlete Development Experience (EADE)
For years, you focused exclusively on physical conditioning—honing your body to perfection and measuring success by the scoreboard. But the final whistle of your competitive career wasn’t the end; it was an invitation to a new kind of training.
EADE is a specialized series of 1-on-1 development sessions for the high-stakes journey of post-athletic life. Led by a Transition Coach who has walked the path of total identity reconstruction, we shift the focus from physical performance to spiritual maturity.
This is an intentional "peeling back" of the athlete blueprint to reveal your most authentic self in Christ. Through high discernment and prayerful guidance, we work the "muscle of the spirit," applying the same grit you used on the field to your inner awakening and alignment. We turn elite physical performance into enduring spiritual strength, ensuring that your greatest impact is the character and presence you bring to every room you walk into today.

Empowered Youth Development Experience (EYDE)
The Foundation for the Next Generation (Ages 16–21)
The world is constantly attempting to draft our youth into "worn-out blueprints" of comparison, performance, and noise. EYDE is a specialized workshop designed to architect a different foundation—one built on the Rock.
We mentor the Rising Merchants and Matriarchs to recognize the Creator’s signature on their lives before the world attempts to overwrite it. Through high discernment and intentional spiritual conditioning, we help them transition into adulthood with clarity, integrity, and a "muscle of the spirit" that can withstand the demands of the future.
The Workshop Focus:
Identity Architecture: Moving beyond social conditioning to witness the truth of who they are in Christ.
Stewardship Training: Learning to manage their talents, influence, and resources for a greater purpose.
Spiritual Reconnaissance: Equipping them with the discernment to navigate spiritual attacks and stand guard over their peace.
Sanctuary for Discernment
This stand-alone 90-minute session is a Sanctuary for Discernment—a dedicated, one-on-one "safe space" for those who don't need a full transition program but need a singular place of peace. Bring your current situation to a safe, guided environment. We will pray, we will listen, and we will discern the path forward together. Led by a transition guide with a spiritual gift for identifying hidden friction points.

An Invitation-Only Assembly for the Matriarchs & Merchants.
Lydia was a successful merchant whose heart was opened by the river. The Violet Hour is our modern-day riverside—a curated, private gathering for 'merchants and matriarchs' in high-stakes leadership to wash in the Word before the world makes its demands.
There is a house on the hill, overlooking the river of God’s presence, where the world cannot reach you. Before the demands of the day are made—and before you are asked to pour out—you must first be filled. This is our "Lydia at the River" moment (Acts 16:13-15): a private gathering for women in high-stakes leadership to wash in the Word and consecrate the dawn.
The Experience
Consecrate the Dawn: Fill your cup through prayer, gratitude, and Scripture at the break of dawn, before the world asks anything of you.
Wash in the Word: Cleanse the noise of the world in a sanctuary designed for those who carry the heavy weights of stewardship.
A Private Assembly: Anchor your leadership in the grace of the One who carries you, alongside a council of women moving in His divine will.
The Gateway: Because of the intimate and high-stakes nature of this assembly, access is granted by application or invitation only. We protect the integrity of the house to ensure it remains a sovereign space for those who carry the world.

The First Fruits of the Week: Before the world wakes—before the demands of the boardrooms and ministries begin—we gather. We meet at 5:00 AM every Monday morning at the "House on the Hill" to consecrate the week. We do not gather because we have extra time; we gather because we cannot afford to lead without being filled.
The Covenant: To Serve and Be Served
This is a private sanctuary—an assembly of women set apart to serve God, one another, and our communities. We believe true power is found in the overflow:
The Weekly Consecration: Monday 5:00 AM intercession, washing in the Word, and filling our cups before we pour out.
The Matriarchal Mandate: We steward the Rising Merchants & Matriarchs (Ages 16–21), ensuring the legacy of faith is architected with excellence.
The Service of the House: Quarterly community service and annual retreats to anchor our fellowship in practical, high-impact action.
The Stewardship Investment: Membership in the Assembly requires a Quarterly Stewardship Investment of $444. As a House, we set aside 10% of all investments to fund a scholarship program for upcoming "Violets," ensuring that the door remains open for those God is calling into this sacred space.

For years, I built blueprints for the world, operating as a 'merchant' of strategies while my own spirit grew heavy. My path to Christ wasn’t just a conversion; it was a total identity reconstruction.
Brand Transcend Studio was not born from a business plan or months of strategy; it was received as a Divine Mandate. Every detail of this work—from the name to the mission—was a download given to me by God during my season of rebirth. I did not choose this path; I was chosen to steward it.
During this time, He brought me to the story of Lydia of Thyatira. Lydia was a successful businesswoman, a seller of purple—the elite luxury of her time. She was practical, respected, and entrepreneurial. Yet, she was found by a river, seeking God. When she heard the Truth, her heart was opened, her household was transformed, and her home became a 'Studio' for the early Church.
I realized then that I was not called to be a 'Founder,' but a Steward of a House. Like Lydia, I have transitioned my life and work to be a place of service—a 'House on the Hill' where the elite can become the empowered. My work is led by a Spiritual Gift of Discernment—a high-level intuition used to see the hidden friction points in a soul that traditional coaching misses.
